Had an accountant you could never get hold of? You're not the only one.
Running a business is hard enough without chasing your own accountant for an answer, or finding out about a deadline from an HMRC letter.
A lot of our clients came to us after a bad experience elsewhere. One told Yell we made his tax return "really easy when I have had problems with other accountants in the past". Another had "previously used x2 other accountants".
What they wanted was simple: someone who picks up the phone, explains things plainly, and gets everything in on time.
Clients tend to stay.
We didn't write a word of this table. Every line is quoted from a client's own review or testimonial, and the years are the ones they gave.
